    Struggling to flash / update ET9000 image

    Hi

    Had Vix 2.2 image and worked fine but lent box to friend who tried Black Hole but receiver is now not recognising MP3 with Vix 2.3 on.

    I have also tried Open PLi but no joy also

    I have reformatted MP3 to Fat32, but no joy

    Can I flash image via Filezilla over ethernet or via RS232 with a program similar to Dream Up

    The receiver takes ages to boot up now on Blackhole compared to Vix.

    So would like to go back to Vix

    How do I do this?

    All help appreciated

    Thanks

    What do you mean by MP3?

    Have you tried with another USB stick?

    needs to be formatted and need the ET90x00 on the root of the stick

    Hi

    Thanks for the reply

    MP3 = MP3 player used as a memory pen / usb stick

    Should the folder be named et9x00 or ET90x00? Is this important?

    Thanks
