    Enigma 2 Settings - Work on any E2 Box??

    Hi folks,

    Will any of these settings posts upload and work on any E2 box?

    Could I take Silverfox Vix settings and load them onto an Azbox?

    at a guess, it you can access the unit with some thing like dreambox edit,
    I would upload your existing files to your comp, then try loading the new files to your unit,
    Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
    1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
    and a pile of redundant cards/cams

    Cheers man,

    It is a friend of mine who bought an Azbox for his sins but its very hard to find any up-to-date settings!

    He currently is working off the list from his initial satellite scan! As long as uploading the Vix team settings doesn't break anything?

    I do know some one that owns one of these units, I will ask him tomorrow, sadly, this is not a popular unit on this forum, ( as in not many if any at all, users of this unit )

    Yeah, I told him to steer well clear but with tight finances it was best option for twin tuner for him!

    just to confirm, E2 settings can be transferred to the AZ units, using dreambox edit or simular type progs
    Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100

    Hi folks,

    Just an update on this. E2 settings are totally different than what is on the Azbox. Where standard E2 boxes have several bouquet files the Azbox seems to have only two files, channels.dat and antennas.dat so everything must be contained within these files!

    This Azbox really is a different fish...

    Anyone happen to have up-to-date sly uk channel list for Azbox?
