Dreambox remote issue, stop controlling the other!

    Hey,

I've got 2 dreamboxes in one room. A DM500s and a DM800HD. The issue is that the DM800 remote controls not only the DM800 but also the DM500. It doesn't do it the same though, that is to say pressing 'right' for example does not correspond to the same feature on the DM500, it does not do what the DM500 remote 'right' button does.

On the other hand, the DM500 remote only controls itself.

    Any ideas?

I have forgotton how, but you can disable the remotes on a single unit via a plugin
also its possible to control the unit/units via the web interface via your comp
    Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
and a pile of redundant cards/cams

Thanks, I'll have a search for it. I do use the web panel but when you want to use the menu, the remote is much easier.
