    Looping Tuner!!!!

    Hello there...yer I'm a newbe( with this receiver anyway)
    How can I stop my Et9000 Vix running latest software Xtreme, from going into a rotating VX cycle each time it lands on a blank channel. I have reset tuner setting,it seems that I have runout of ideas at the moment..Does anyone know the answer,and can some kind sole help..... Ple-e-e-ase

    I'd first make sure you run a software update. Blue button > VIX > Software update.

    Then next thing is to do a manaual single satellite scan on each satellite you use regurlay. Even if you upload a set from the forum. Running a scan after uploading them can often save many crashes.

    I think I have solved my own problem....Repeat after me..."Alan You should not switch data channels to Type 1" in the edit software"..Least it's working so far.... ( Fingers Crossed) Thanks Guys for the suggestions...Mind you ,as the man said..I'll be back!!!
