XXXXX+France not clearing.

I have latest Dream Elite on my VU+ Duo. I have an issue in that sometimes I can watch XXXXX+France channels and sometimes I cannot. Do anyone has similar issue. Other satellites work fine only XXXXX+France that has this problem with image I am using.

First do you have a genuine sub for this or are you using some shareline? If the latter I'd say thats your problem.

This is a genuine sub. I think there is a sort of bug either within the image or the STB as when I first install image canalfrance shannels was clearing, then after a day it was not clearing but the DM800HD that has a line from same card was clearing. Then after a day or two VU STB started clearing again for about 6 to 8 hrs..then stopped but as I am writing this post its working perfect. I only have 2 different lines from this card. Everytime, VU STB not clearing, DM800Hd clearing with no issues.

Is the dm800 definately clearing from the vu+ line though, and not another line? If you have other lines in your 800 cfg file, it could be that the 800 is clearing with the other lines?!

Also, is it clearing from provider id 32830, or 32820?! Since afaik, the 32830 is the one it should be using (and all official cards are using this provider id)...
