how to instan the SOFTCAM IN the OFFICIAL IMG
Easiest way is to load the glass utility program on the box
as Alias1 has said you can use the glass system utility but the official image is so basic you wont have things such as the softcam manager.Originally Posted by andytvro

you wont find a softcam manager in the official image either for that you would need to change to for example VIX

You could add your cam and start it manually via telnet

Install the attached ipk and restart the box. Then go to Menu --> Settings --> Softcammanager and download the desired cam.
