    not motor problem

    Hi ihave tested motor working fine. the problem seems to be iam unabel to store and lock satellites every time i go to new sat i loose snr. I have been told to do factory reset but when i try the box shuts down then returns to last open channel. now unsure what to do can i clear every thing and reflash if yes how. and do you think it will work .I have a tm800hd only 3 months old.

    did u use correct methode for a motorised dish? mode: simple, position : usals the advanced choose lnb1 for all sats you want to scan the you should be ok

    thanks for your help. I dont know what miniweb is. do you know of any links on how to use miniweb and for diffrent images.
