ET5000 RS232 upgrade

I need a flash Xtrend ET5000 using RS232 (via USB it is not already). I found the program STBTool ver1.9.3 for RS232 upgrade(Clarke tool box 1.3) For USB upgrade we use folder et5000, which contains files - boot.bin,kernel.bin,rootfs.bin,imageversion,noforc e. Which of these files to insert to STBTool ?
