Hello just a few questions since I am new to all this.

I am thinking of buying the spiderbox sd 5000 however have a few questions.


From my understanding from this post http://www.world-of-satellite.com/sh...piderboxsd5000 the gift simply adds a few extra channels, however what I would like to know is if this “gift” patch is official or homebrew.

Is the service on the spiderbox sd 5000 to date, up and running and supported by “Gift patch”?

Is there any other SD boxes that have the same feature but is better then the spiderbox sd 5000 or is the spiderbox sd 5000 currently the best in its price range?
