What ViX Image build number are you using?
Please provide your ViX Team image build number. Menu > Information > About > Build number > ENTER THIS NUMBER e.g. 4.2.028
Have you tried a flash WITHOUT settings restore?

    I did that but the plugin is not there anymore. I can't instal tspanel either.

    That is not weird, but correct.
    1- Aspect ratio's are now working correct, so there is no plugin needed anymore (it was to work-around issues)
    2- TS-panel is and never was compatible with ViX; hence it's not on the feeds. And why would you want it for anyway?

    Do I miss something here ?

    You tell me that you can change on the fly aspect ratio with this build of the image ?

    So you can force 16/9 pan scan on a 4/3 stream ?
