    Tuner issues

Hi, I am having issues picking up channels on Satellite Astra 28.2E with my VU+ Solo 2, especially FTA ones. No issues when a sky q box is connected, all the channels are there. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sky Q lnb's don't work with enigma boxes. You need a hybrid lnb.

You are aware that sky Q uses a wideband lnb that is not compatible with a fta receiver

Some of the lnb's can have a legacy output for fta but I think you have to request this on installation

If you have a twin lnb it may have 1 wideband out and 1 legacy ( old type ) output
are you sure your connecting your solo2 to the legacy out

As already been stated previously. If you have hadSky Q installed you will have had the new LNB installed and thus your e2 won't be able to pickup anything.

Can anyone recommend a LNB for e2? Are there ones available which will work for both sky Q and E2? Thanks

Just search Sky Q LNB on **ay & you will see the LNB's that are for both Sky Q (Wideband) & Legacy for Freesat/FTA etc.
