No power out of tuner for LNB

    Hi,
Right... I get 18v out of the tuner for about 10-15 seconds when I do a restart the duo, the rest of the time nothing! I've tested this at the back of the duo with the LNB cables removed.
Is there something I should have setup or downloaded?
I'm running VIX 2.2 I've setup both tuners to simple.
I've got a $ky dish and quad LNB and all new cabling.
    Cheers,
    Gavin

    Hi,
Both tuners are the same and both are setup as simple not motorised.
On a plus point I think I've found the "problem." It would appear that if the dish is not connected or it hasn't got a sat lock when the Duo starts up it will shut down the power output.
If you then go into Sat Finder it will then power up again.
All I need to do now is get my dish pointing in the right direction
    Cheers,
    Gavin
