Change BBC Regional Channel

I have BBC South HD as my regional channel on 101. For some reason the signal strength in Europe is weak, as iz Ch 4 HD. Other regional channels London and West HD.
I've hunted around the menus but can't find where to change geographic location.
And I can't recall how I did it in the past. I probably can't do anything about Ch 4.
Can someone please remind me?

If you use ABM (AutoBouquetsMaker) you can select different regions in Freesat/Sky. Many FTA satellite regions on Astra (28.2) are weaker in Europe because the transponders are more tightly focused on UK/Ireland for copyright reasons.

Because BBC 1 South is on HiBand and BBC 1 London is on LoBand. That 2 GHz difference in frequency equates to a tighter footprint.
