Further update. C5 (SD), CH5 HD and C5 +1 have now gone from the old transponder. The Sky bouquet in ABM is now pointing at the new transponder for these channels. The service names for these channels are now correct in the stream data as is the OpenTv EPG. My guess is that the remaining channels will move later this week - perhaps on Thursday 1st December?

Last night the Sky transponder had the entire C5 family but now here is the current state of play on the two transponders:
