Thanks. I think something else is going on here -- the PC has been unable to connect for a few months now (despite a recent windows reset). Meanwhile, the laptop, which sits on the same network (not wireless), is always able to connect, including when the PC can't. It could be a long wait.Originally Posted by ccs
