You have two storage devices. I am guessing that the mount points are getting swapped. May I ask what you use the USB stick for? If picons, which pack?

    Channel 4 HD Missing EPG

I can confirm an issue with EPG on Channel 4 HD. I’ve just setup a Zgemma H9 Twin with Sky FTA only channels & CrossEPG and nothing is shown initially in the Entertainment section. If I press the EPG button on Channel 4 HD it only shows Now & Next.
ViX 5.3.019 Release. EPG stored to microSD card and that has been initialised, mounted and setup as HDD.

What service reference have you got for it and what frequency is it on? I have
    Code:
    1:0:19:52D0:814:2:11A0000:0:0:0:
and 11126 Mhz Vertical, 22000. Info: there are only 2 services on that transponder.

I have just removed services and fetched EPG uisng CrossEPG (OpenTV only), no issue. As you can see, I have EPG until Thursday the 9th.

I’m using Sheffield HD as my region if that helps.

Not sure what is wrong. Maybe worth trying zapping to Iepg channel for two minutes.

USB is being used for Picons (SNP light on transparent) and debug logs

See the screenshots below and that I only have the issue if I let CrossEPG do its scheduled download. If I delete epg.dat and force a download, I can get the EPG for the next 7 days.

I've also included my service reference.

Zapping to Iepg works. Thanks @Abu
I’ve now setup to use EPGRefresh and do a fake recording timer in the morning on the Iepg channel.
    Thanks again.

There were a few bug in CrossEPG. None of the original coders are active any more and it is quite a bit of spaghetti coding, so fixing it is difficult. This is one of the reasons the OpenTV EPG reader was created.
There is only one CH4 HD on the signal data tables, so that rules out that issue

I can only guess that issue is from one of the following:
CrossEPG database becoming corrupt. This is one of the reason that the remove EPG script culls the Cross Database (Thanks Birdman). However, Andy_Hazza said he is getting this on a new install. I am presuming he is not using an SD card that had a CrossEPG database on it.
Issue with corrupt EPG, so EPG data is dropped
Character being found that is unhandled, leading to the data being marked as corrupt and dropped

The other is mount points issue, but that is less likely as EPG data would still be read into memory.

Please try zapping to the IEPG channel like AndyHazza has done.

I've done this. I guess we will know tomorrow if this has worked.

Setup a fake recording on the Iepg channel daily, that will work fine.

Why do you need to wait till tomorrow to find out? Zapping/tuning/selecting that channel and staying on it for two minutes will absorb the EPG data for 7 days from now. Tomorrow you will have 6 days of data left, the day after you will have 5. Zapping/tuning/selecting it and staying on it for 2 minutes will get you another 7 days.

    Solo4k here's what I've found
ABM does not add channel 4 HD on sat (I manually add it into the bouquets)
Crossepg has recently stopped loading ch4hd EPG on the daily auto scan, yesterday (3/Apr) ch4hd was blank. A manual update adds 6 days of EPG.
The new EPG refresh scan shows ch4hd as pending, then sirs on it for 120s doing it's fake recording but does not populate the ch4hd EPG.

The fake recording needs to be on Iepg. Also ABM does bring in Channel 4 HD. I use Sky UK and just set to FTA channels only.
