If maintained imo would be better to remove the U5PVR logo so it would be used more universally.

Changelog:
- Change Name skin. now ViX-Turquoise-HD.
- Add Downloadbar for CrossEPG and AutobouquetsMaker.
- Add icon Update Vix Infobar.
- Add first screens SubsSupport Subtitles (DVB player, SubsSupport downloader, SubsSupoort settings).
- New png for True/False as graphical switch.
