    OpenPLi support

Image preference is an individual choice. Try them and use one you like best.

Most people on this forum use openvix.

Thank you for the reply, I was wondering, as I am using OpenPli, what happens to this image if I flash the receiver with a different image say OpenVix, is it deleted or is kept as such until the new image is 'activate' so you can switch between the as you like. Or do you have to do a backup of the existing image, just in case things go pear shaped.

Could I please ask you about Openwebif it is an interface for my receiver as I understand, there apparently been vulnerability concern about it, having read this on the OpenPLi site I don't really understand what they suggest we do to reduce risk of hacking?, have you any suggestions or guidance I will be pleased to hear, thank you.
