    Support for IPTV

I was just about to buy a usb tuner when I saw this. It's exactly what I was looking for, so thank you.

I was wondering though, is there any way this would support recording of IPTV channels from e2?

    Regards

Are you able to explain a little more how this would work?

I have my IPTV channels loaded into bouquets. I've tried messing around with the DVR settings in Plex to try and get Plex to pick up the IPTV channels, but it only seems to recognise the regular channels coming through the satellite.

    Hi,
I have not experience with plex. Recording some IPTV channel is simply done by pressing record. As I said not all IPTV channl can be recorded.

    ciao

Thanks for getting back to me.

I was hoping there might be a way to integrate IPTV channels with Plex's new DVR/Live TV feature, not just record them to local hard drive

It should be in 024 and newer. The commit was 12 days ago.

It is in the iptv-test branch, so not in the image. If you want to test, grab the files from github using the link above.

is it just a case of downloading the files and transfer them to the box, and if so, do i just over write original files, and what location would they go in?

Download the plugin from the feeds and then grab the 6 edited files from the IPTV branch (link above). Then send to the box, restart and delete the 6 files. Now you have a working IPTV version.
