Hi Andy, thanks very much for your quick reply.
Yes I did that and every time I try to attach the file, a red mark appear beside the file name and show fail to attach.
In fact I am doing it now still cannot attach any file.

Try attaching the file twice (ie 2 files selected) , the second one should work ok.

You add images using the square icon with a dot in each corner (to the right of the globe with a red cross on it) rather than uploading them.
Although you could always zip them and upload that....

Attaching a zip file needs Advanced mode, adding a picture doesn't. (Don't ask me why as I have no idea).

However, what I really need to see is what happens when you put a USB stick into the running ET10k.

I just tried adding the file twice, it didn’t work. Using the “add image” also didn’t work. I can only append below the content of dmesg by inserting a flashdrive.

Hi Everyone, I had just done a upgrading and it is now able to read my 5Tb Hdd. But the capacity of the Hdd is wrong, it is reading it as 2.86Tb which my internal Hdd is also showing the same capacity, 2.86Tb.

Well, they should do. Both will pop-up a browser for you to select which file to upload.

I can only append below the content of dmesg by inserting a flashdrive.
Which shows no sign of being recognized.
However, you now say that after an upgrade you can see it - so we can ignore this test.

Are you sure these aren't two views of the same file-system?

Since you say you can now see it, could you upload a dmesg file for the system in this state?

Hi Birdman, it did pop-up a browser for me to select files (both methods) and able to select the files too. But after this I need to select upload and a red mark will show besides the file name informing it’s unsuccessful in uploading.
I think not, because I can see the different models of both the Hdd, the only problem is the capacity of the 5Tb is incorrect as it read as 2.86Tb. I am afraid the system will work with the 5Tb Hdd only at 2.86Tb capacity. Append below is the dmesg file.
