Question Dual tuner help and opinions

I am looking to but a twin DVB-S2 PVR to replace my Sky box. It needs to be reliable and stable with a high WAF so the change over is pain free. I am a technical person so happy to learn and build systems.

Having done some research on here I rapidly moved beyond Humax and Zgemma and now am particularly interested in a couple of boxes

Vu+ Solo 2 - Seems well built and well supported. I have several Kodi boxes so being able to stream channels to them would be useful and it seem that the box can do this and transcode to mobile devices. My only concerns are that this box has been around a while and that it may be a little outdated compared to the Mutant.

Mutant HD51 - Seems to be well spec'd for the money. I was a little concerned about lack of support for the ARM chipset although it seems this is moving forward fast and it appears that if I learn OSCAM I will live a happier and more fulfilled life. My main concerns are is this in a stable position and useable for the family or will I be doing a lot of updating and fixing. Can this box provide the same functionality streaming to Kodi or mobile devices? Currently I don't have a 4k tv so the added resolution is not needed but may help future proof the setup.

Final wildcard is the Vu+ Duo 2 or one of the newer Vu+ boxes, I'm not sure if these offer me any significant advantages over the options above.

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

And just to confuse myself further I have found the Edison OS Mega which also seems like a good box.

Really depends what important to you imo. I've been running an OS Mega for a while and think its spot on. For the price and spec, very hard to beat imo.

If 4K is important to you then look at the HD51 or other 4K boxes, but keep in mind no 4k content right now. Will there be? Who knows...

4K is not important to me. I am assuming that I can still do all the live streaming of channels to my other Kodi boxes using the Edison OS Mega?
