new box from wos on the 15/11/16 openvix with blue hd skin added,awaiting box return thinking it might be on 4 2 013 image,could image be the cause buggy or box issue as was told it rebooted 3 times randomly.

think it needs sending back as doing a service scan there is a click and picture goes blue light still on and remote does nothing.
