    Set your tuners up first.
I presume both your sat tuners will need setting to simple, 28.2.
Set cable to tuner to dvb-c, and choose provider to scanas Virgin media (whatever that 4 digit number is)
if you know your provider id you can enter it here also, not essential.
Save those setups. go back to ABM and you will have providers.
    VU+ Ultimo 4K 3TB, 1x Twin DVBS-2 FBC / 1x DVB-C FBC/ 1x Twin DVB-T2.
    VU+ Solo4k 2TB, 2xFBC-S2, 2xC/T2, 1x Sundtek .
1m Motorised Single LNB Dish, 60cm Fixed Octo LNB Dish.
    Samsung 65HU8500 with SEK-3500, Denon AVR-X2200W 5.1.2.
    Oppo UDP-203
    Panasonic 55VT50.
    Zidoo X9S
Amazon Fire TV 4k & Amazon Fire TV (SPMC sideloaded).

    Done that
    No providers in Autobouquets
This is a clean install of VIX image 4 2 010
    No restore Fresh Start
When you click the Providers item it goes to the bootscreen press exit and it goes back to blank provider screen.
Provider screen is not loading info.

I have restored a saved image 4.2.003 and all is working ok

Can you uplaod your settings file, you will need to zip it before you can attach it. It is located in /etc/enigma2

ABM support question are meant to be accompanied by debug logs. It helps identify/fix issues quickly rather than just guess what the problem is.

I am reading this as receiver does not crash, please correct if I am wrong. If it does crash, please upload the crashlog.

    What skin are you using?
There were some skin changes within ABM that may be responsible for this phenomenon.

    Hi
No the receiver does not crash. the screen picture you see as it boots up shows when you try to search for providers and if you press the exit button it goes back to a blank provider screen.
