Fix intermittent bug when using Custom sort feature
Remove EPG ID from channel names in interactive bouquets for reader file. These have been added to the supplement file
Renamed mips reader. Added "_mips" to end so as to be consistent with other reader files
Reshuffle some channels in default sort 3 file
