ive found the below website with same issues as me and they recommend deleting the openvix-mips32el, which stands at over 5gb (5,543,817 file size) and then telnet the following # init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade

    any help please!

Says same when I try to update. Flashing green icon but says feeds are down. Maybe they just are down for maintenance.

For some boxes the feeds are indeed down due to an issue with the 3rd-party feeds.

    Thats your problem!

Try deleting the files in /var/lib/opkg/lists then restart enigma and try a software update.

The web site you quoted is here, that was simply a reference to a corrupted file which needed to be deleted, just follow the instructions given.

I'm confused so will deleting this mips32el file and update through telnet fix the feeds being down? Or is it best just to wait till there up again for my box (Solo2)??

Then in etc/opkg you can rename the two 3rd-party files (don't throw them away, you'll need to rename them to the original name later on again), run software update and install what you want to install.
