This is an unfinished project by Lraizer, it does not have the bells and whitles that the N1 and E2 versions have. He released it so that people can benefit from it in its current form. It also creates an up to date channels.uk file in /var/etc/ for use with weekepglog plugin.
Readme file attached with installation (basically copy and paste) instructions. I have slightly modified the package that was uploaded to DW and LinuxSat.
This is Lraizer's work and any credit must be directed to him and PaphosAl for the workaround
Code:
By Lraizer @UKCVS
Contribution by PaphosAl.
The coding is not finished and some options in the menu don't work yet.
It is still only a "BETA TESTING version, use at own risk of losing your bouquets.
Best to backup any existing bouquets before you transfer this package.
*It replaces all existing bouquets so not good for multi sat setups.
*Not official numbering
1)
Transfer files to their relevant folders. A list of files is near the bottom of this document. Using Filezilla, I just drop the var folder on to the root of internal memory.
2)
chmod 755 all files in you have transferred. I just do the var folder with sub dierectoris and files.
3)
reboot box
4)
zap to any active 28.2E service so that you are currently viewing a working channel
*7)
TM 500/600. GUI not working.
The GUI by Lraizer does not work on the TMs, a workaround has been created with the kind assistance of PaphosAl, it is already included in this package. The default location for generated bouquets is London. To change the region, edit the file called "autoscan" located in /var/bin using a Linux compatible editor. YOU MUST A LINUX COMPATIBLE EDITOR. The region codes are at the bottom.
Press the yellow button and then select the Autobouquets E1 by Lraizer. You wont see anything happen, it will run in the background. First run takes about 2 minutes, the screen will momentarily go blank. It is done.
5)
press yellow button for AutoBouquets E1 28.2E PPanel GUI, setup your options, not all options are working yet.
6)
press download bouquets and select your local area, go put the kettle on...
as scanning will take just under 2 minutess, so can be done during the ad breaks while making a cup of tea
PS:
autobouqets e1 also generates an up to date channels.uk file in /var/etc/ for use with weekepglog plugin
