    WoW!!!

File transfer speed over USB2.0 whilst the receiver was actively showing a HD channel was >25MBytes/sec. Pretty much as fast as you get with USB2 onto an 'old' Sata II disc.

Very, very impressed. I'm copying 800Gb onto the internal disk and it should be done in nine hours (90GB/hour)

Agree.. IMO.. The quad is fantatic..

I have set up a few solo2`s for family and friends.. and i would still rather have my quads.. than the solo2..

Only thing missing is the plug and play tuners.. They cant call it a Quad.. if it only has 2 tuners..

Now i know that we have a few die hard Vu+ fans here.. But..

Its just my opinion.. I`d take the Quad over the Solo2 any day..

I have had both a Quad and a SOLO2 and the S2 shaves it imho, its a better box in relation to speed and build.

Having said that its a bit like sleeping with two super models, both well up to the mark and you would appreciate each on on its own but you still preferred one better
