hi and happy belated new year
could anyone advise me as why i can't receive any signal or channels from arabsat on 26.5 east or nilesat on 7.0 west, for the last 3weeks.
prior to that i had no problem receiving them with the odd rainny days.
i have not changed receiver or dish.

Transponder has moved or more likely your dish has move out of alignment. Try tweak the dish using motor settings.

Sedn your dish to 7W and or 26E and than go into Menu>setup>services>Positioner and fine tune it, if you get signal moving dish slowly left or right,. than go into your lat and long and change those going upwards or downwards depending on wether signal improved west or east.

If the channels than clear, its on the roof time or if its the same for all sats could just leave the new settings in for the time being.
