How close is the house to you?

If its a standard UK street than you should be fine.

You would have to be awfully close / taller than your property for it to affect your line of sight

You will be fine, thats about same distance as my neighbours and I can ger 42E - 30W on a 1 metre, this is a DIY job as well, aligning visually using dishpointer, so if you get a professional to do it you will be fine.
