have reflashed but i cant do anything as am using a vu duo remote as other one is crap plus i cant use again as lost the small part for the battery.
what i usually do is login to the box with web browser then change the remote code and can do from there, but the box ip has changed and have tried loads of old ips but still wont connect
is there anyway i can find out the ip or will i need to go and buy ultimo remote again

Use the WEB-IF to go to Menu --> Information --> Network
Or a PC application like netscan.

Not always: my boxes are connected to a bridge and don't show in the router.
