    mgcamd 1.35a

    Hi all thanks a lot for the new image got cccam working but cant seem to get mgcamd working got the same set up working on my vu uno any ideas thanks

    not sure what image you are using but i have been tring to get mgcamd working on vix with no success either

    once i get it working myself then we will look into integrating it to vix image so to show ecm etc

    here is the files i got working for vix image just change chmod to 755 for for mgcamd_138, Ncam_mgcamd_1.38.sh, mgcamd_1.38_cam.sh, mgcamd_1.38.nab
    an ipk has been made of these files and i tested it and it works but i would have to ask author permission before posting anywhere

    those files look like there for blackhole images.

    Tried the blackhole, pli mgcamd.ipk first but cam installs to usr/bin but vix uses usr/softcams. These files were from backhole,pli.ipk I just changed the scripts to usr/softcams as mentioned a mod on a different forum has made a vix.ipk of these files and it works

    i got the binary myself added it to /usr/softcams chmod to 755

    created a newcamd.list and mg_cfg added them to keys

    and added a test config onto newcamd.list and started it

    it started just fine but wouldnt clear my card

    not that technical of person but learning slowly but isn't mgcamd client only so you would have to use cccam or oscam with it could be talking total nonsense for what your doing though

    mgcamd is a client yes

    but to clear a card it needs a newcamd server to connect to which i cant get it to do

    and where my officail card is

    I had trouble with getting Mgcamd 1.35 to work, until I discovered that you had to set boxtype to {06} instead of {00}, which is default in the mg_cfg.
    Dont know if it applies here, but it could be worth a shot.

    works ok.
