How can I download the OpenTV EPG now instead of waiting 3 hours?

I'm using OpenTV EPG Downloader. The quickest update interval is only every 3 hours. I accidentally deleted the EPG Cache. Is there a way to download the EPG right now instead of waiting 3 hours? Normally I would use CrossEPG which lets me download the EPG right now but CrossEPG isn't working at the moment.
