    Satback BBC Three Octagon SX88v2

I have installed this new box and experiencing some unfamiliar occurences and not sure if they are related to the channel BBC Three on 27.5w satback. I would add that BBC Three HD is ok as working on other boxes configured. All boxes are on release 6.4.003

I have configured Satback previously on Octagon SF80008 4K UHD and a Zgemma 9s and both work on Sataback 27.5w BBC Three. I have copied the config from these units to the Octagon SX88V2 and running Softcam Oscam-Emu on all three units so they appear to be identical but doesn't clear the channel. I have identical Constant.cw and Softcam.keys in place

Some other points when selectingsoftcam manager the "start" does not work however Enabling Startup apears to work when clearing all the channels apart from BBC Three.
I have also observed when on the Softcam manager screen and pressing OK on the remote "no config files found in /tuxbox/ config "

I appreciate this is new Octagon SX88v2 with OpenVix but would like to resolve the BBC Three channel or find a solution
