I made the changes as you suggested in the ABM configure menu, then rebooted the box. I then changed FTA only to FTA all, then scanned again using ABM / Scan.
That gave me back the GUIDE listing in the order they were were a few days ago.

No, I did not mention the cause as it was unknown. All I do know is that it was ok one day, then the next day it wasn't.
