    Image issues

Hi guys, I've just bought a GI Xpeed LX3 from WOS as I wanted to replace my 2 year old DUO.
Now I usually have ViX running on my machines, but I thought I'd like to give Open ATV a try.
After about 5 minutes viewing, I was convinced that the picture quality of the LX3 was not as good as either the DUO's picture or my SOLO 2's.

I have two dishes, so it was easier for me to compare the quality of the picture by just pressing the AV input button on my TV remote and swapping between the Solo2 and the LX3.
The picture on the LX3 was definitely not as sharp, but the differences when a program had on screen text and graphics showing we're honestly huge.

After trying a few different settings (and it could easily be something I've missed as I'm new to the Open Atv image) I decided to flash openvix Apollo 036 just to see if that would make any difference..and it did.

Everything was as sharp and clean looking again, as good as the Solo2.
Now this post is not meant as a put down of Open Atv, but it did suffer in comparison with the ViX image.
If I never had the Solo2 to compare it to I may not have even noticed.

Finally thanks to WOS for a great service, and to team ViX
