    Zgemma H7S won't drive dish

    Hi All,
Installed and set up motorised dish system. Set up Zgemma HS7 as per Vix manual. tried to set up with usals and without usals. With both set ups box will not drive motor.
I have an old technomate 1000 and this unit will drive the box to most sats using usals. With Technomate all sats are giving strong signal.
With Zgemma I am getting strong signal on 28.2E but cannot drive motor to any other sat
    Any pointers please
    thanks
    Bill

    Hi
Have you tried a vbox with the Zgemma Hs7 The resons for this is the H7s will not have a 36v output if you are useing a Polar mount 36V motor then a vbox 36v has to be Used so the dish will move when you have put in the correct Latitude and longitude. check this in the Zgemma H7s receiver settings.
If your useing a DiSEqC 1.2 HH which is 12v then it should work with usals BUT you still need to make shure your Latitude and longitude are correct.

If you are not shure about your Latitude and longitude then look here: https://www.findlatlong.com/

    Regards Talks.

Many have said possible with a low psu it might not have enough power to move the dish , was the Tm a 5 amp output?

    Thanks all,
Think I have found the solution....tuner b was set as equal to A where should be set as second cable to motorised lab.
motor is now moving and will check all settings over weekend.
    Thanks
