if ur satllies dose not stop at the satllites dose it need a new reed switch in the moror or jack arm

If the reed switch fails there is no feedback so the box doesn't drive it. I.e. the dish does not move if the reed switch breaks.

I have no clue what are strong satellites in your area.

You need to use Positioner Setup in the tuner menu to set your positions up again.

dose the dish want tweaking

If you have had strong wind recently the dish may need attention.
