Hi there,

Thought I'd do an intro. Finally took the plunge and bought a Vu+ Duo 4K SE and a couple of Octagon SX988s to replace a Sky Q system as we realised we never rarely watch Sky content. So far working well, the wife is particularly impressed with my debugging skills.

I work in the tech sector and it is interesting to see how much development there is on here, feels a bit like Raspberry Pi (which I also build a lot of things). I used to work in the Semiconductor industry and interesting to see a lot of former Chinese chip companies whom I worked with are in the products.

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding to this. Sadly I am not a real programmer. I can do the odd bit of hacking / debug to get things to work, but that's it. I would be happy to help as a tester in any development though (including setting up a parallel test system).
