Hi Buddy,

I normally combine your 28.2 set with vhannibal motorised, for some reason with the new placeholders the combining messes up the channel numbering. With this in mind I tried these settings and it all works perfectly. The only problem for me is I really need 9E, 7E, 5E and 1W, which leads me to two questions:

1. Will you be updating these in the near future with those satellites?
2. If not, could you advise me how to maybe merge you 28.2 with the new placeholders with another set without messing up the channel numbering?

I need to know what problems you having before i can advise..

I was able to update my own with the 5 sats last night with no issues at all..

To be honest.. Its very time consuming to update all 10-11 sats.. But leave it with me and i will see what i can do over the weekend.. ( MAYBE ).. No promises.. Time permitting..

Thanks, I appreciate that it is time consuming and do not mind doing it myself.

The process I follow to merge bouquets is as follows:

1. Open multichannel bouquet in DreamboxEdit and export both services and bouquets
2. Open your 28.2 bouquet and import the services and bouquets exported in step 1

Is there a different/better way to do this instead?

Apart from doing it manually channel by channel.. You have it right..

Not sure what the problem is you are experiencing .. or whats happening..

I'm not to sure what the exact problem is your having with the channel numbering but I do the same as you merge mr misters with vhannibals and I move interactive channels then sky uk under that which results in the sky channels being correct.

All 28.2 East have the new placeholders added.. So not more channel hopping on placeholders..
