    Satback BBC Three Octagon SX88v2

I have installed this new box and experiencing some unfamiliar occurences and not sure if they are related to the channel BBC Three on 27.5w satback. I would add that BBC Three HD is ok as working on other boxes configured. All boxes are on release 6.4.003

I have configured Satback previously on Octagon SF80008 4K UHD and a Zgemma 9s and both work on Sataback 27.5w BBC Three. I have copied the config from these units to the Octagon SX88V2 and running Softcam Oscam-Emu on all three units so they appear to be identical but doesn't clear the channel. I have identical Constant.cw and Softcam.keys in place

Some other points when selectingsoftcam manager the "start" does not work however Enabling Startup apears to work when clearing all the channels apart from BBC Three.
I have also observed when on the Softcam manager screen and pressing OK on the remote "no config files found in /tuxbox/ config "

I appreciate this is new Octagon SX88v2 with OpenVix but would like to resolve the BBC Three channel or find a solution

What do you have defined for BBC 3 as I didn,t know it was back on 27.5W … certainly not in my setup.
Ref softcam manager, I prefer to disable and use softcamscript as it clears faster on my boxes

twol Thanks for your input but today l can advise that BBC Three is live on two of my Openvix boxes. I don't regularly use it as you can get the CBBC via BBC THREE HD during the day untill 19:00 hrs however my grandchildren have used it for a number of years on my Technomate 5402 & Technomate F3/5 boxes and live at this time

I don't normally use Softcam Manager as once you select "enable" at startup you don't need to use l found this when trying to resolve BBC Three and mentioned it, as this is a new box with OpenVix

    Hi Huevos
I have checked my Zgemma 9s and the constant.cw has an entry as:-

2600:000000:1BC0:012C:1FFF::xx xx xx.... xx ;BBC One Three (27.5°W)

My Octagon SF8008 doesnt have an entry in constant.cw but has the softcam.key as previously indicated
    I have tried the
2600:000000:1BC0:012C:1FFF::xx xx xx.... xx ;BBC One Three (27.5°W)
on the Octagon SX88V2 but it didn't clear the channel

lamedb from the non working box. Put it in a zip file.

I'm assuming contant.cw is from the non working box and all the other channels work ok.

    lamedb is wrong ...
remove 1st entry and change f:4 to f:1004
then using your constant.cw values locks OK ... too early to test picture but seems like three HD

    Hi twol

Thank you for the update however when l tried your solution this didn't resolve the issue and appreciate the time to try and resolve the issue. On the basis as being a lamedb error l tried to move the lamedb from my other Octagon SF8008 4K which was working all of the time, when l tried to upload the lamedb from that unit to the Octagon SV88 v2 it didn't work for bbc Three. All the other channels are working

I am going to see if there are any other ccomparison l can make to find a solution

lamedb contains double entries. You need to remove everything that contains 0cfd0000.

My entry for BBC THREE HD looks like this:

    Code:
    4600:0cfdace7:1000:0001:25:0:0
    BBC Three HD
    p:satback,c:001b59,c:031b59,c:050001,c:091b5d0101,c:100004,c:111b5a,c:121b5a,C:2600,f:1405

I appreciated the input from Hevos and looked at it again
First l amended the lamedb file to remove the duplicated entries for BBC Three in line 308 & 418, I then amended the line 1460 to

    10c0:0cfdace7:1000:0001:1:0:0
    BBC THREE
    p:BBC,c:00012d,c:01012e,c:03012d,C:2600,f:1004

which simply changed f:4 to f:1004
As the example you posted was for BBC Three HD and not BBC Three

This has not worked and checked the constat.cw which showed the entry as
2600:000000:1BC0:012C:1FFF::xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx ;BBC One Three (27.5°W) which l feel is correct as on the "Oscam Stutus page" is indicating BBC Three

I am looking for comfomation on the lamedb entries which l have indicated above in the lamedb file
    Thanking you for your assistance
