    Satellite config

    Hi there,

I am trying to config the VU Solo2 box for receiving Satellite channels. I have one Satellite feed that I have connected to LNB1 input on the box. Under the Tuner set up in the Openvix 6 3 007 Release what do I need to select?

    Thanks

You will need to select Tuner A to Simple , Mode Single.

Tuner B disable as no feed.

Assuming you are looking at 28.2

For tuner config to be correct, it must match the dish/lnb hooked up to it. You have not described what satellite your dish is pointed to or what the LNB type is. That being said, for most people in the UK, it is a universal LNB pointing to 28.2. The correct config is simple, single, 28.2.

As the solo2 has internal loop through, the better hardware setup is: signal wire to Tuner B.
    Software set up :-
    Tuner B = Simple, single, 28.2
Tuner A = loop through from tuner A.

    Note:
You cannot use a Sky Q wideband LNB with Enigma2 receivers.
