It was an error in the spec sheet (probably copied and pasted from Duo4K, with just the cpu speed adjusted).
Looks like it has been corrected now.

No idea why you are confusing things. If hardware has a 64 bit cpu it can run 64 bit firmware. Whether 64 bit enigma is currently available is a different issue.
I don't think that's always true.
I would expect that, just as with PCs running software on Windows or Linux, if you don't actually need to address >4GB at once then some code would run best as a 64 bit version on 64 bit hardware but in other cases the 32 bit version on 32 or 64 bit hardware would win.
Either way you don't expect to see much difference unless your case happens to get significant benefit from being able to address >4GB or from having 64 bit registers.
