[Cable ROI] Rename no longer working

After the recent small changes on the provider file the name changes don't seem to take effect anymore. These used to work at one point.

These are the lines i'm referring to:

# rename channels that are incorrectly named in SDT other.

215: "National Geographic",
219: "Discovery HD",
424: "Eurosport HD",
425: "Eurosport 2",
426: "Eurosport 2 HD",
607: "Nick Junior",
620: "Cartoon Network",

After playing around with provider file i managed to get the renames to work. Also added 5 swaps for the new HD channels added recently and a few alterations on the renames. I can confirm all the swaps, renames, etc all works as they should be.

Please try this provider file. Delete the providers.cache file before running ABM.

Do not post debug log if everything is fine.
