Please provide your ViX Team image build number. Menu > Information > About > Build number > ENTER THIS NUMBER e.g. 4.2.028

update from 5.0.020 to 5.0.023 -5.1.002 - resolved with 5.1.003

It said something of a missing directory. Unfortunately I did not activate the log before. But I would not like to retry it now.
