    Flashing green symbol

    Hi guyz
    Can u tell me what the flashing green circle means on the channel info pop up, next to the record. See attached pic

    It means you are not on the latest image (an update is available)

    Shall i do a software update in menu tab or turn it off? Wil i lose anything if i do the update?

    What image are you currently on? Menu > Information > About. To give you a guide, the latest release image is 5.0.016. Hope this helps.

    Im on 5.0.0.15. Will lose anything doing the uodate or does it keep current setting. Anyone know what the update is on the new image

    You won't lose anything, it is an update, not reflash.

    Read the changelog for a full list of changes.

    There is no need to update if you don't want to.

    016 was built to avoid a crash a crash in Auto Timer for some receivers. Not any major changes.

    I wont update just read the thread with all the error messages appearing on 016 update. Whats the path in setting to turn it off flashing?

    Should be in "software update settings"
