12 days ago I purchased an item from World of Satellite, however it turns out I purchased the wrong item.
I have followed their directions in the returns procedure, however I have still not heard anything back from them and I am getting close to my 14 day return limit.
I have also tried calling last week and this week, however there has been no answer or reply to the voice mails left.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me of what I should do next?
