No it cannot accept two tuner cards. It only has two ports for tuners on the circuit board.

You can use additional USB tuners though.

If you use 'twin' tuners then it is possible to have two tuners in each of the two internal slots. Thus you would have four (or less) internal tuners. Then as Abu said, you can also add usb tuners.

In my case, I have eight tuners. The Duo2 firmware supports a maximum of eight tuners ( 4 x internal & 4 x vtuner (eg usb)).

Can the VU+ Duo 2 have 3 tuners.
    1 DVB T2 and 2 DVB S2.
You can see from this Web Interface screen shot that A & B tuners are DVB-S2 (a single card twin tuners) and C & D tuners are DVB-T2 (another single card twin tuner). To meet your query you could use a twin DVB-S2 card and a mono DVB-T2 card internal to Duo2

Note that the usb tuners on my system are two devices (both twin tuners) but are DVB-T rather than DVB-T2.

    OpenVix:
    VU+Duo2 -- 2 x Twin internal DVB-S2 & DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T (Avermedia Twinstar [AF9035], Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]) = 8 tuners
    VU+Duo4kse -- internal Sat FBC & twin DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]

Of course it can, but you need a twin tuner card, not to be confused with a dual tuner card. Not sure if the receiver can support more than one twin tuner but some one else will no doubt let you know if they have not already.

Did you get an error? Can you grab a screenshot please. Also try clearing your cache and try again.

I'm trying to get to the bottom of why a few are having issues with attachments.
