Fast Forward Bar

Hi

With the latest image 5.013, the fast forward bar at the top of the screen, visible when you long press the fast fwrd (right arrow on the centre control) 71PgQixznfL__SL1500__a.jpg sometimes works other times not. Has anyone else experienced this issue.
