    So, OpenViX by default does not support the HD51 multiboot function, although the plugin in the above ccs post helps to switch back to another image.

    So first you need USB flash with OpenATV (there are other images that support but this is the main image for HD51 multiboot)....
    The image will flash the 1st image slot by default (STARTUP_1)

    Then use their software manager and Flash Online app to flash ViX or any other image to one of the other 3 image slots (STARTUP_2 -> 4)... then long push the power button brings up the ATV "restart panel" which includes Multiboot, which allows you to choose which image to bootup with next time.

    Easy really!!
    Gigablue Quad 4K & UE 4K
    .........FBC Tuners:
    ------------------> GT-Sat unicable LNB to 1.5M dish(28.2E)
    ------------------> Gigablue unicable LNB to 80 cm dish(19.2E)
    .......................> FBC & DVB-S2X into 90cm dish (27.5W) Opticum robust Unicable LNB
    AX HD61, Edision Osmio 4K+, Zgemma H9Combo, Octagon SF8008 , gbtrio4k, h9se using unicable ports
    Zgemma H9 C/S into Giga4K
