Gigablue hd quad tunner general question

I have this box and have 4 tuners on it, 2 for sat and 2 for cable, both sat tuners are disabled as i only use cable.
I have noticed that when i record 2 programmes at the same time i can not watch a 3rd program as all channels fade out is this correct can you only record 2 programmes while watching one of them or should i be able to watch a 3rd programme any one answer thank you

Yes that's correct. You could swap a Sat tuner for a cable tuner.
